湖南红星国际展览有限公司成立于 2003 年，是红星实业集团有限公司全资子公司，拥有展览面积达 5 万㎡的长沙红星国际会展中心，同时也自主办会，满编人员 170 余人，是一个集组展、办展、会务及展馆服务于一体的综合性会展服务型企业。公司和旗下会展中心是全球展览业协会（UFI）认证的会员单位、自办会中国中部（湖南）农业博览会是全球展览业协会（UFI）认证的会展项目，公司同时是国家科技部核批的《高新技术企业》会展企业，也是中国展览馆协会核发的《展览工程一级资质》会展企业。
公司成立至今，通过不断提升管理、优化服务，始终坚持“大道至简、合作共赢”的发展理念，在展馆管理与展会运营的双轮驱动下，以品牌建设为核心，走“市场化、专业化、品牌化、国际化”会展发展之路，致力于更好的服务广大客户和培育更多的品牌

2019 年，公司全年自办、接办、承办了各类会议、展览（展览服务）共 60 场，其中包括国际性展会 5 场、国家级展会 3 场、省级展会 16 场，总展览面积达 82.5 万平方米，参展观展人数累计 240 万余人次。其中，公司深度参与承办了首届中国—非洲经贸博览会的展览展示、活动执行、信息化建设相关工作，全程策划筹办了湖南装备与制造走进东盟投资博览会，全面统筹承办的中国中部（湖南）农业博览会、中国 ( 长沙 ) 果品产业博览会、长沙空间信息产业国际博览会、湖南省农业机械、矿山机械、电子陶瓷产品博览会、武陵山（怀化）国际健康产业博览会、湖南贫困地区优质农产品（深圳）产销对接活动、东盟•湖南名优产品交易会等 10 余个大型综合性展会更是影响深远、广受赞誉。
Established in 2003, Hunan Hongxing International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (HXIE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongxing Industrial Group. The companyowns Changsha Hongxing International Exhibition Center (CSHXIE) with an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters and also operates as an exhibition organizer. Equipped with over 170 full-time employees, HXIE provides comprehensive exhibition service that integrates exhibition, organization, operation, conference services and exhibition hall arrangement. HXIE and CSHXIE are UFI-certifified members. Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo, one of its signature projects, is a UFI-certifified exhibition. HXIE is honored as the National High-tech Enterprise approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and is qualifified as the fifirst-class exhibition company by China Association for Exhibition Centers.
Since its establishment, HXIE has continuously improved management and services and always adhered to the development philosophy of “in simplicity lies the greatest truth and in collaboration mutual benefifits”. Driven by its exhibition hall management and exhibition operation with the brand building as the core, HXIE has been committed to the market-oriented, international development path featuring specialization and branding, so as to provide better services to our clients and deliver more ionic expositions.
In 2019, HXIE organized, took over and hosted a total of 60 meetings and exhibitions (exhibition services), including 5 international exhibitions, 3 national exhibitions, and 16 provincial exhibitions. The total exhibition area amounts to 825,000 square meters, with a total of more than 2.4 million visitors for the whole year. Notably, HXIE has deeply participated in the exhibition, execution and information construction of the fifirst China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, and in the planning and organization of the ASEAN Investment Expo for Promoting Hunan Equipment and Manufacturing. HXIE has also fully undertaken more than 10 large-scale comprehensive exhibitions, such as Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo, China (Changsha) Fruit Industry Expo, Changsha International Spatial Information Industry Expo, Hunan Agricultural Machinery and Electronic Ceramics Exposition, Wuling Mountain (Huaihua) International Health Industry Expo, Business Matchmaking (Shenzhen) of High-quality Agricultural Products from Poverty-stricken Areas of Hunan Province,
ASEAN-Hunan Famous and High Quality Products Trade Fair. These exhibitions are far-reaching and widely praised.
