I was delighted to discover Wanda Vista Nanning is just as luxurious as other Wanda Hotels I’ve stayed at. The lobby, restaurants, and guest rooms are all tastefully decorated. The buffet breakfast offered a large variety of both western and Chinese dishes.
What was most exceptional about my stay however, was the incredible customer service from staff. I arrived during a very complicated time and did not know when or how I would be traveling from Nanning. The reception staff went over and above to support me during my stay by providing printing services, booking taxis, and checking in with me frequently to see if I needed anything. Every staff member I met in the hotel always had a smile on their face and offered a warm greeting. I was especially touched by the kindness and professionalism of Angel and Nana.
I would highly recommend a stay at Wanda Vista Nanning.
