首善厅:
首善厅建筑面积为4366平方米、无立柱、层高10.5米，可同时容纳3000人开会。首善厅除配备有国际一流的会议发言扩声系统和智能会议系统外，还配备有同声传译系统和先进的舞台机械系统、视频监控数据网络系统、可伸缩式阶梯座位等。在高新区三次创业“大干123、建好首善区”的主旋律号召下，我们高新国际会议中心的主会议厅命名为“首善厅”。
Shoushan Hall：
It covers a floor area of 4,366 square meters, without any upright and with
storey height of 10.5 meters, and can hold 3,000 conferees. In addition to
internationally leading conference speech sound-reinforcement system and
intelligent conference system, it’s also equipped with simultaneous
interpretation system as well as advanced stage mechanical system, video
surveillance data network system, retractable stadium seats. Under the main
theme “Grand entrepreneurship 123, construct Shoushan Zone well” of three
entrepreneurships in Xi’an High-tech Zone, the main conference hall of the
Center is named “Shoushan Hall”.
丈八厅：
建筑面积为600平方米，可容纳500人开会。
Zhangba Hall：
It covers a floor area of 600 square meters and can hold 500 conferees.
丈八厅取自丈八街道，前身为丈八沟乡政府。丈八沟名源于唐天宝元年（742年）京兆尹韩朝宗开凿漕渠，深一丈，阔八尺。还有源于神化传说——魏征斩了泾河龙王，龙头从天上掉落于此，长一丈八尺而又得名“丈八头”。西汉时期丈八沟建有平阳公主的行宫“平阳府”，唐代是著名的纳凉、消闲游览圣地，杜甫曾在《陪诸贵公子丈八沟携妓纳凉晚际遇雨二首》中描述他到丈八沟泛舟消夏的场景：“落日放船好，轻风生浪迟。竹深留客处，荷静纳凉时”。
鱼化厅：
建筑面积为600平方米，可分别容纳500人开会。

鱼化厅取自鱼化寨，本名“雨化寨”，是明洪武年间一位镇守此地的江苏籍梅姓将军带家眷安家后形成的聚居地，为纪念其家乡——雨化寨而取名，后渐渐演化为“鱼化寨”。民间传说这里曾是周武王为其雨花公主祭天之地，几经变迁，“雨花”渐渐被演绎成“鱼化”，有鲤鱼化蛟龙的祥瑞。是故，自唐代始，进京赶考的举子都要来此地祭拜，祈求实现“鱼跃龙门”的愿望。另有传说言：周天子欲在白鹿原上建都，鲸鱼闻后，怕担负不起城池的重量，顺沟向西逃跑，逃跑途中怕被发现，便化成一个寨子，即如今的“鱼化寨”。玉帝察觉后，用铁索将其缚住，关押在长安城下，并在上建都城，以防鲸鱼逃跑。
It is named after Yuhua Stockade, formerly “Yuhua Stockade”. During Emperor
Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, a General Mei, who was designated as local
guard and whose native place was Jiangsu Province, created this place as a
habitation for him and his families and named the place “Yuhua Stockade” in
order to commemorate his hometown. Later “Yuhua Stockade” gradually evolved into
“Yuhua Stockade”. According to folklore, it was the place where King Wu of the
Zhou Dynasty offered sacrifice to Heaven for his daughter Princess Yuhua.
Through years of changes, “Yuhua” gradually evolved into “Yuhua”, indicating an
auspicious sign of carp changing into dragon. Consequently, since the beginning
of the Tang Dynasty, candidates for the imperial examinations in Beijing would
come to this place for worship to pray for their wish of “a fish leaping over
the dragon gate”. There was another story that King of the Zhou Dynasty wanted
to build capital on White Deer Plain. A whale heard about this and was afraid
that the capital might not bear the weight; thus it escaped towards the west and
was afraid to be identified during escape, thus it changed into a stockaded
village, namely “Yuhua Stockade” nowadays. After being aware of what happened,
the Jade Emperor caught the whale with iron chain, locked it up in Chang’an City
and built a capital there to prevent it from escape.
丈八厅、鱼化厅还可组合使用，建筑面积可达1200平方米，可同时容纳1000人开会。
细柳厅：

细柳街道地处上林苑，是一个文明古镇与文武胜地。秦时称“柳中”，汉武帝开掘昆明池后在此建“细柳观”。汉文帝时，这里为著名将领周亚夫的驻军之地。境内有府君庙、汉池塘、程咬金墓、昆明池进水口及北周与唐代古墓等名胜古迹，流传着府君庙的神奇传说。这里人杰地灵，人才辈出，涌现了一批如农运勇将李艮、赤卫队长徐汉儒等可歌可泣、为无产阶级革命事业抛洒热血的革命英烈，影响深远，让人赞叹不已。
兴隆厅：
建筑面积为400平方米，可容纳350人开会。

兴隆街道地处长安区西南部平原地带，唐宋名窑曰:“先有兴国寺，后有兴隆镇”。境内大兴国禅寺建于唐贞观元年，属皇家寺院，亦为唐三藏西行取经始发站。唐时兴隆便已成镇，明、清时规模相当宏大，有“不出兴隆镇，样样都制齐”之说。民国曾设乡公所，解放后设乡、公社……2002年长安县撤县设区后，兴隆乡、沣惠乡合并为兴隆乡，2007年设兴隆街道办事处。辖内北张村原始造纸术相传比东汉蔡伦造纸术早300年。
五星厅：
建筑面积为400平方米，可容纳350人开会。

五星街道位于长安区西南部平原地带，东与滦镇以西沣路为界，南与滦镇、东大相邻，西接秦渡，北依兴隆，沣河与洨河在其西北部汇合。境内有新石器时期人类居住的五楼遗址，清时设五楼廒（áo），民国曾称五权乡、联保，中华人民共和国成立初设五楼区五星乡，1958年设五星人民公社，1983年5月改为五星乡。2011年6月撤乡设街道，辖区面积 25.3平方公里。
细柳厅、兴隆厅、五星厅还可组合使用，建筑面积可达1200平方米，可同时容纳1000人开会。
东大厅：
建筑面积为200平方米的会议厅，可容纳100人开会。

东大厅：西安市秦岭北麓终南山下长安区与鄠邑区结合部有个东大街道办，依山傍水，风景秀丽。1998年设立东大镇。2002年，祥峪乡并入东大镇，设立东大街道办事处。“东大”其名所来，来源于“东大村”。传说本村最早叫“柳林庄”，唐朝时期，为辟战乱，将周边“五家泉”“三家庄”“戈家寺”等村子迁移于“柳林庄”，因村落较大，人口众多，改称“大村”，后按照方位，分为东大、西大、北大三个村子。本村居东故称：东大。
草堂厅：
建筑面积为200平方米的会议厅，可容纳100人开会。

草堂厅：草堂镇位于今鄠邑区东南部，南依秦岭，东临长安区，西接庞光镇，总面积40平方公里。草堂镇旧称宋村乡，1988年撤乡建镇，以关中八景之一的“草堂烟雾”而得镇名。辖34个行政村，撤并后为16个，总人口6.5万人。草堂镇自古就为京畿之地，草堂寺、高冠瀑布、太平峪、太平国家森林公园等历史自然景观闻名遐迩。
庞光厅：
建筑面积为200平方米的会议厅，可容纳100人开会。

庞光厅：庞光镇位于鄠邑区东南，距鄠邑区政府驻地11公里，至今已有400多年历史，据化羊庙史碑记载，在明万历年间已有庞光镇记载，全镇面积35平方公里。庞光镇人文历史资源丰富，是北宋第一状元杨砺故里，化羊庙历史悠久，金峰寺保存着元代一行和尚建造的国内最早的天文台遗址。
秦渡厅：
建筑面积为100平方米的会议厅，可容纳30人开会。
Qindu Hall：

秦渡厅：秦渡镇俗称秦镇，史有“周丰宫”之称，《古今图书集成》载，“秦渡即古丰地，沣水之西岸，丰旧城在焉”，镇北五里的“周文王灵台”就是历史的见证。公元401年，后秦皇帝姚兴由西域迎天竺高僧鸠摩罗什来长安逍遥园即鄠邑区草堂寺议经在沣河设渡，“秦渡”由此而得名。唐代仍称秦渡，高骈寄李遂良诗云“吟社客归秦渡晚”。明代宣德元年（1426）前后，改为秦渡镇。
灵沼厅：
是目前西北首屈一指的高科技无纸化会议厅。为什么说是无纸化？是因为灵沼厅内安装有视频大屏幕，每个座席前均有一台单独使用的电脑。会议厅同时配有中英文同步智能转写系统、摄像跟踪系统、智能控制视频会议系统等，能满足国际视频会议的需求。
Lingzhao Hall：
It is currently the leading high-tech paperless conference hall in northwest
China. Paperless means that there is a large video screen installed in Lingzhao
Hall, and a single computer that can be lifted and separately used in front of
each seat. Besides, it is also equipped with a Chinese-English synchronous
intelligent transfer system, a camera tracking system and an intelligent control
video conference system, meeting the requirements of international video
conferences.
灵沼得名于西周，3100多年前，商纣时代，周文王发兵灭掉诸侯京兆崇国崇候虎（今户县），从西岐迁都丰京。灵沼之水来自地下涌泉，水源充沛，土地肥沃，盛产粳米，麋鹿珍禽来此生息。文王在此疏理河道，教民稼穑，广施仁政，筑灵台教民耕织，修灵沼与民同乐。《诗经》曰：“王在灵沼，于牣鱼跃。”毛传释语为：“灵沼，言灵道行于沼也。”故灵沼之名占此灵气。
The name of Lingzhao was originated from the Western Zhou Dynasty. 3,100 years ago during the period of Emperor Zhou of the Shang Dynasty, King Wen of the Zhou Dynasty eliminated Duke Chonghouhu of Chong Nation in Jingzhao (Xi’an) with his troops, and relocated the capital from Xiqi to Fengjing. The water of Lingzhao came from underground fountain, with abundant source, and the land was fertile, rich in polished round-grained rice; elks and other rare birds came here for habitation. King Wen sorted out riverway and taught farmers how to sow and reap, widely adopted a policy of benevolence, built Lingtai to teacher farmers how to farm and weave, and built Lingzhao to enjoy happiness with people. In The Book of Songs: “King Wen is in the Lingzhao, and all fish jumps high”, which was interpreted by Mao Chuan as: “ Lingzhao, putting Lingdao into the pond.” Thus the name of Lingzhao was with this lucky spirit.

After being aware of what happened, the Jade Emperor caught the whale with iron chain, locked it up in Chang’an City and built a capital there to prevent it from escape.

Lingzhao Hall： It is currently the leading high-tech paperless conference hall in northwest China. Paperless means that there is a large video screen installed in Lingzhao Hall, and a single computer that can be lifted and separately used in front of each seat. Besides, it is also equipped with a Chinese-English synchronous intelligent transfer system, a camera tracking system and an intelligent control video conference system, meeting the requirements of international video conferences.
灵沼得名于西周，3100多年前，商纣时代，周文王发兵灭掉诸侯京兆崇国崇候虎（今户县），从西岐迁都丰京。灵沼之水来自地下涌泉，水源充沛，土地肥沃，盛产粳米，麋鹿珍禽来此生息。文王在此疏理河道，教民稼穑，广施仁政，筑灵台教民耕织，修灵沼与民同乐。《诗经》曰：“王在灵沼，于牣鱼跃。”毛传释语为：“灵沼，言灵道行于沼也。”故灵沼之名占此灵气。
The name of Lingzhao was originated from the Western Zhou Dynasty. 3,100 years ago during the period of Emperor Zhou of the Shang Dynasty, King Wen of the Zhou Dynasty eliminated Duke Chonghouhu of Chong Nation in Jingzhao (Xi’an) with his troops, and relocated the capital from Xiqi to Fengjing. The water of Lingzhao came from underground fountain, with abundant source, and the land was fertile, rich in polished round-grained rice; elks and other rare birds came here for habitation. King Wen sorted out riverway and taught farmers how to sow and reap, widely adopted a policy of benevolence, built Lingtai to teacher farmers how to farm and weave, and built Lingzhao to enjoy happiness with people. In The Book of Songs: “King Wen is in the Lingzhao, and all fish jumps high”, which was interpreted by Mao Chuan as: “ Lingzhao, putting Lingdao into the pond.” Thus the name of Lingzhao was with this lucky spirit.
